2. What data we process

• Browsing data. Like any website, the server automatically logs some technical data about requests (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type). It is used only to run and secure the website and is not used to identify you.
• Data you give us. If you email or call us, we process the data you share (name, company, contact details, content of your request). If you send us a job application, we process the data in your CV.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

• Answering your requests and preparing quotes: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Assessing unsolicited job applications: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Keeping the website working and secure: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Meeting legal obligations, for example tax obligations: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Cookies and statistics

This website uses no cookies, neither technical nor profiling, and uses no third-party advertising or analytics tools. Even the fonts are hosted on our own server.

To understand which pages are useful we use Umami, an analytics tool installed on our own servers: it collects only aggregate, anonymous data (pages visited, referring site, device type, country), stores no cookies on your device, does not keep your IP address and does not allow us to identify you or follow you on other websites. For this reason we do not ask for your consent.

Links to other websites (for example shoprfid.it and authentia.app) take you away from this site: their own privacy notices apply there.

5. Who we share data with

Data is processed by our authorised staff and may be processed on our behalf by the providers of our website hosting and email services, appointed as data processors. We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Transfers outside the European Union

The website is hosted within the European Union. If a provider were to process data outside the EU, the transfer would take place only with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. How long we keep it

• Browsing data: for as long as needed to secure the website, according to the periodic rotation of server logs.
• Contact requests that do not lead to business: no longer than 24 months.
• Job applications: no longer than 24 months, unless you ask otherwise.
• Data related to contracts and invoices: 10 years, as required by law.

8. Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR), by writing to info@deyob.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

We may update this notice: the date at the top shows the latest revision.
