Asset tracking

Always know where your equipment is.

Tools, instruments, containers, fixed assets: valuable items that move, get lent out and go missing. We give each one an identity and a history.

What does not knowing where things are cost you?

  • Equipment bought again because it cannot be found.
  • Returnable containers and pallets that never come back.
  • Forgotten maintenance and periodic inspections.
  • Fixed-asset inventory done by hand, once a year.

Method

How it works

  1. 01

    We identify

Every asset gets an RFID or NFC tag suited to its surface and use, even in harsh environments.

  2. 02

    We detect

Gates, fixed antennas, handheld readers or a simple tap with a smartphone, depending on how often and how precisely you need to know where it is.

  3. 03

    We manage

A platform shows location, history, assignee and due dates, and talks to your systems.

Solutions

What we build

Bins, pallets and roll cages tracked as they move between your sites and your customers’.

Maintenance on the item

FAQ

The questions we hear most often.

Do I need real-time location (RTLS)?

Often not: for many processes it is enough to know which area an asset is in or which gate it went through. When you need its exact position moment by moment, we assess the dedicated technologies and their costs together.

Can tags survive industrial environments?

There are tags for high temperatures, washing, impacts and metal surfaces. The choice depends on how the asset is actually used.

Do I need to install an app?

For field operations, yes, on a handheld reader or smartphone; everything else is done in the browser.

Shall we start with a pilot?

Tell us about your process: we’ll propose a small, measurable trial in your real environment.
