RFID for warehouses

RFID inventory: the warehouse that counts itself.

With UHF RFID you read hundreds of labels per second, from a distance and without line of sight. Stocktaking stops being a yearly event and becomes a habit.

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • Stocktaking takes days and the warehouse grinds to a halt.
  • The system says one thing, the shelf says another.
  • Shipments with missing or wrong parcels, discovered by the customer.
  • Time wasted looking for goods that “should be there”.

Method

How it works

  1. 01

    We tag

We choose the right tag for each item, parcel or pallet, including for metal and liquids, where standard tags do not read.

  2. 02

    We read

Handheld readers for stocktaking, gates on the loading docks, fixed antennas where goods move on their own.

  3. 03

    We integrate

Reads update your WMS or ERP: no double entry, no parallel spreadsheets.

Solutions

What we build

Handheld stocktaking

Walk along the shelves and read whole racks in seconds, without opening the boxes.

Loading and unloading gates

Every parcel coming in or going out is recorded automatically and checked against the order.

Shipment checks

You know if something is missing before the lorry leaves, not after the customer calls.

Item finder

The handheld reader guides the operator to the item, like a metal detector.

FAQ

The questions we hear most often.

What is the difference between RFID and barcodes?

A barcode has to be read one at a time and in plain sight. A UHF RFID tag can be read from a distance, even inside a box, and many tags at once: that is what makes stocktaking so much faster.

Does RFID work on metal and liquids?

Yes, but it needs tags designed for those surfaces and carefully planned placement. It is one of the first things we check during the site survey.

Will it integrate with my business software?

In most cases, yes: we connect through APIs, exchange files or directly to the database, in agreement with whoever manages your software.

Can I start small?

That is what we recommend: a pilot on one area of the warehouse or one product family, to measure the results before scaling up.

Shall we start with a pilot?

Tell us about your process: we’ll propose a small, measurable trial in your real environment.
