The challenge
Monitor production progress in real time and know the position of every semi-finished product along the process: pressing, squaring and edge-banding, CNC routing, painting, hardware fitting, packing, warehouse and shipping.
The solution
We designed an RFID infrastructure spread across the workstations. Each door leaf is identified automatically and linked to the production events, building a complete timeline of its manufacturing cycle.
