The challenge
Manage thousands of printing cylinders, cutting search times and automatically checking that the production machines are set up correctly. Every cylinder needed a unique RFID tag and a known location.
The solution
We built an RFID platform integrated with the company information system: it identifies the cylinders automatically, locates them in the operating areas and checks that each machine set-up is correct.
